• In order to register for a class please contact CRLC to inquire about beginning classes, joining an existing class, the language assessment, and/or start dates for new classes.
• Registration and payment is due in advance to reserve space in class.
• Refunds or credits will not be given once registration has been received.
• If more than one child in a family is registering for classes, a 10% discount applies to the second registrant.
• If more than one adult in a family is registering for a group class, a 25% discount is applied to the second registrant.
• If a course is canceled due to under enrollment a full refund will be issued.

Attendance and Class Cancellations

• If an adult student misses a group class, he/she may attend another adult class as a make up during the same session.  Please refer to the class schedule provided at the beginning of the session.  
• If a child misses a group class, he/she may attend another children's class as a make up during the same session.  Please refer to the class schedule provided at the beginning of the session.  
• If a student attending private lessons has a class cancellation within 24 hours of the class time, tuition will be forfeited.
• If a student attending private lessons requests a make up class due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict with more than 24 hours notice, the class must be make up prior to the end of the session.
• If a student taking a private class requests a make up session more than one time in a 5 week-long period of time, the make up will occur at the discretion of the instructor and the School's manager.
• If CRLC cancels a class because of an emergency, the class will be made up or a credit will be issued.
• If a weather condition prevents us from having class, please call or be sure to check your messages in case you have been contacted. For the first weather cancellation in a given session we ask that you attend another class as a make up. For the second weather cancellation, a credit will be issued for the upcoming session. When possible, a make up week will be scheduled at the end of a session.
• Classes may be canceled due to lack of enrollment.
• A substitute may fill in if an instructor is unable to fulfill responsibilities.
