Russian Teacher

Katya Kats

Katya was born in Odessa, Ukraine, the beautiful port on the Black Sea. Odessa is an international city with mixed cultures and languages. Since her childhood Katya was fascinated with foreign languages. She graduated from Odessa State University with the degree in Roman-Germanic  languages and literatures.  In the US she completed her Master’s Degree in Social Welfare at SUNY, Albany.  Currently Katya is teaching Russian Language at Skidmore College.  In addition to teaching Katya provides translation in the fields of law, engineering and finance.  Katya is currently on leave due to a demanding teaching schedule at the college level.
